Junior League of the Grand Strand

Description

JLGS is providing food to the players and families at the games on Saturday, September 23. Volunteers are needed to serve the meal, be buddies to the players, and cheer on the teams.
 

There will be games at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 am. After each game, we will feed the players and their families. We will be done by 1 pm.

Members are invited to bring their families. There is a wonderful accessible playground at the field for kids to play on.

About Grand Strand Miracle League: Founded in Myrtle Beach in 2001, The Miracle League became the second all-access baseball league in the nation. Fueled by generous community support and a passionate Board, an ADA-approved adapted baseball field was constructed. The rubberized surface of the field is perfect for wheelchairs and walkers, making it the ideal place to start a league with the following rules: Everyone Plays. Everyone Crosses Home Plate.
