Your attendance at this meeting is very important. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions on Bylaw and policy changes, vote on Bylaw and policy changes, review our annual budget, and provide a financial update. Members, please refer to the email sent on August 18 for more information. You may also refer to the section of the Member Portal titled My League – Business Meeting Info.
Key points: – First Business Meeting for our Chapter – Need to be present to vote on the proposed changes to the ‘Bylaws & Operating Policies’ (A quorum is required, so please attend!) – Meeting agenda and updates to the ‘Bylaws & Operating Policies’ coming soon.
Following the Business Meeting, we encourage you to join us at Tidal Creek Brewhouse, 3421 Knoles St, Myrtle Beach for socializing. There is a cash bar for your food and drink purchases.
